Shipping
Where do you ship to?
US and Canada only.
How long does shipping take?
Our current turn around is 3-4 weeks but we do offer rush shipping. Please email us so we can accomadate
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dazzlemecups@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Policy
All orders will process for 3-4 weeks/21-28 business days) before shipping out. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information attached.
Returns
Do you accept refunds or cancellations?
We do not accept exchanges, returns or cancellations. All sales are final as soon as you check out, we do not offer refunds.

Care Instructions
Hand wash only in cool/warm water and allow to air dry. Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, cooking or freezing. Clean with non-abrasive sponges to prevent scratching. Do not clean with bleaches or cleaner containing chlorine.
